I had a really nice stay at this hotel. the location was excellent, with beautiful surrounding hills that made for a scenic backdrop. It was also conveniently situated near the gift shop and restaurant, which made for easy access. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided great service. They were attentive to detail and made sure that everything was taken care of. Thirdly, the rooms were comfortable and had super comfy beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. Great location, perfect for exploring nature and wildlife. Very cozy and clean rooms, with comfortable beds. the staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to offer advice on local attractions and activities. the on-site restaurant serves delicious food, with plenty of options to choose from. Plus, the prices are very reasonable.
The Wi-Fi signal is very weak and can only be accessed in certain areas of the property. the air conditioning unit in our room was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep at night.

We had a few issues during our stay. Our room key malfunctioned multiple times, which was frustrating.

The location of the hotel is great, with Coolidge Creek flowing right by it, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. the hotel is conveniently located near the restaurant, just a short and easy walk away. the gift shop offers a variety of products, including well-executed artwork. Guests can also enjoy the stunning views of wildlife from the balconies, as mentioned in one of the reviews.
One negative aspect is the high prices, as mentioned by another reviewer. the cost of the cabins appears to be excessive, especially considering it is the off-season.
